Terms and Conditions for Tracksee by Kenjin Technology Private Limited GPS Tracking Services

 

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Tracksee GPS tracking services (“Services”) offered by Kenjin Technology Private Limited. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the Services.

 

2. Services

The Services provide real-time location tracking of your vehicle(s) equipped with our GPS tracking device. You can access the Services through our mobile app (“App”) by creating an account and providing your PAN Card for identity verification.

 

3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
  • You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

 

4. PAN Card Verification

  • You acknowledge that by providing your PAN Card, you are consenting to its verification for identity purposes.
  • We will only use your PAN Card for the purpose of verifying your identity and will not share it with any third party without your consent.

 

5. Use of Services

  • You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • You agree not to use the Services in any way that could damage, disable, or overburden our servers or networks.
  • You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile any part of the Services.
  • You agree not to collect or store personal information about other users without their consent.
  • You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity.

 

6. Data Privacy

  • We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.
  • We will not share your personal information with any third party without your consent, except as required by law.

  • WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICES.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

  • WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, AND PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
  • YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE SERVICES IS TO DISCONTINUE YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

  • We may terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.
  • You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

14. Driver’s License Requirement

To use the Services, you must possess a valid driver’s license for the vehicle(s) you are tracking. You agree to provide a copy of your driver’s license upon request and to keep your license information up-to-date. We reserve the right to deactivate your account if you fail to provide a valid driver’s license or if your license information becomes outdated.

 

15. Vehicle Registration Certificate Requirement

To use the Services for a specific vehicle, you must provide a copy of the valid registration certificate for that vehicle. This confirms legal ownership and allows us to verify compatibility with our tracking devices. You agree to provide a copy of the registration certificate upon request and to keep it up-to-date. We reserve the right to deactivate tracking for any vehicle where a valid registration certificate is not provided or becomes outdated.
