1. Device Refunds:
- Unopened Devices: Full refund within 30 days of purchase if returned in original packaging and unused condition.
- Opened Devices: No refund on opened devices due to potential tampering or security concerns.
2. Subscription Cancellations:
- Monthly Subscriptions:
* Cancel anytime and receive a prorated refund for the remaining unused portion of the current month.
* Refunds initiated after the renewal date for the next month will not be processed. - Annual Subscriptions:
* No refunds for cancellations made within the first 30 days of the subscription.
* After 30 days, a prorated refund will be issued based on the remaining unused portion of the subscription year.
3. General Conditions:
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing through our website or via email to contact@kenjin.co.in.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Processing time for refunds may vary depending on the payment method.
- Shipping costs associated with returned devices are non-refundable.
- This policy does not apply to service interruptions or downtime caused by factors beyond our control, such as network outages or technical issues.
4. Exceptions:
- We may refuse a refund or cancellation at our discretion if we believe you have violated our Terms and Conditions or engaged in fraudulent activity.
